Ceres Power Holdings plc ('the Company')



The Company has been notified, in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies
Act, that Morley Fund Management Limited, acting as investment manager for a
number of commingled funds, has as a result of trades on or before 27 January
2006 disposed of 610,000 ordinary shares, reducing its holding to 1,485,000
ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.6% of the Company's issued share
capital. Morley Fund Management Limited therefore no longer has a notifiable
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
