                    Ceres Power Holdings plc ('the Company')


The Company has been notified, in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies
Act, that RAB Capital plc, acting as investment manager for a number of
commingled funds, has reduced its holding in the Company to 337,000 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
RAB Capital plc therefore no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company.
