August 13, 2005: The Company has been notified, in accordance with Section 198
of the Companies Act, that RAB Capital plc, acting as investment manager for a
number of commingled funds, has as a result of trades on or before 8 September
2005 disposed of 658,000 shares reducing its holding to 4,049,937 shares
representing 7.23% of the issued share capital.



These shares are held in the nominee name of the custodian of RAB Capital plc's
clients, which is CSFB Nominees Ltd.
