Act, that Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, have purchased 344,200 ordinary
shares in the Company taking their total holding to 3,679,600 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 6.41% of the issued share capital.
