The Company was informed on 6 January 2011 that Dr. Brian Count, chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 5p each at an average of £0.70 per share on 5 January 2011, representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Dr. Count's total holding in the Company is now 357,850 Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.42% of the Company's total issued share capital.
