The Company was informed on 22 December 2008 that Mrs J.E. Count, a related party to Dr. Brian Count, chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares ('Shares') of 5p each at £0.85 per share on 22 December 2008, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's total issued share capital.  

Dr. Count's total holding in the Company is now 157,850 Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.24% of the Company's total issued share capital.
