Director / PDMR shareholding



In accordance with the terms of the service agreement between Dr. Count and the
Company, 903 new Shares of 5p each have been issued to him.



Dr. Count's total holding in the Company has now increased to 57,850 Shares of
5p each, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's total issued share
capital.



In respect of the Shares issued to Dr. Count, application will be made for 903
new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur
on 4 January 2008.



Further to the announcement on 6 November 2007, Dr. Count will be appointed Non
Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 1 January 2008 and from that
date his remuneration will no longer be settled in shares.
