The Company announces that it was notified on 9 January 2007 that Mr. John Gunn,
a non-executive director of the Company, now has beneficial interests in 800,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company.



Mr. John Gunn's direct holding of 185,280 Ordinary Shares in the Company
(representing approximately 0.31 per cent of the Company's issued share capital)
remains unchanged.
