Director / PDMR shareholding


In accordance with the terms of the service agreement between Dr. Count and the
Company, 1,735 new Shares of 5p each have been issued to him.

Dr. Count's total holding in the Company has now increased to 56,947 Shares of
5p each, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's total issued share
capital.

In respect of the Shares issued to Dr. Count, application will be made for 1,735
new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur
on 8 October 2007.
