Change of Head Office and Registered Address

Ceres Power Holdings plc announces a change of head office and registered address to Viking House, Foundry Lane, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 5PX effective immediately.  The Horsham site is the company's newly commissioned factory which began initial fuel cell manufacturing operations in December 2009.  The Company retains its Crawley site which will be designated as its Technology Centre with a continuing focus on Research & Development.
