The Company announces that it has applied for a block listing of 2,750,000
ordinary shares of 5p to be admitted to AIM to satisfy obligations under its EMI
Option Scheme.

Trading in the ordinary shares under the block listing is expected to commence
at 8.00 a.m. on 22 December 2004.
