Further to the announcement dated 25 January 2005, the Board of Dinkie Heel plc
announces that the 2,888,889 Placing Shares that the announcement stated were
intended to be placed, have now been placed.

Admission to AIM of the 33,333,335 Placing Shares is expected to take place on
Friday 28 January 2005.
