Dinkie Heel announces that Martyn Stowey, a director, sold 5,000 ordinary
shares in the Company on 1 February 2000 at a price of 16p per share. M J
Stowey retains an interest in 1,235,899 ordinary shares.
In addition, on the same day Mrs C E Stowey, in whose shares Andrew Stowey - a
director of the Company - is deemed to be beneficially interested, sold 5,000
ordinary shares at 16p per share. A J Stowey retains an interest in 1,191,189
ordinary shares.
