Exercise of Options and Directors' Dealings

Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML) has been notified that, Mr Nick Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Mr Howard Nicholson, Technical Director of the Company, have today exercised options over ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of US$0.01 per Share. Mr Clarke and Mr Nicholson have today sold the resulting Shares, in part to settle the tax liabilities arising on exercise, per the table below:
