The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Taylor as the
Senior Non-Executive Director of the Company. Patrick is already chairman of the
Audit and Remuneration Committees and has been a Non-Executive Director of
Centaur since the Company's admission to Aim. His new appointment takes effect
from 25th November 2004.
