        Centaur Media plc (formerly Centaur Holdings plc) EGM announcement


Centaur, the specialist business publishing and information company, today
announces that all resolutions were passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting
today. Shareholders approved the rules of the Centaur Long-term Incentive Plan
and the Centaur Employees' Benefit Trust, as well as approving the change of
name of the Company to Centaur Media plc. The name change takes place with
immediate effect.
