                        Re: Application for Block Listing

                 
Further to the Company's announcement of 23 April 2007 regarding its application 
for the block listing of 1,430,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares"), Centaur would like to clarify that these block listed 
Ordinary Shares will be split thus:

888,475 pursuant to the Company's Approved Share Option Plan 2004; and

541,525 pursuant to the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan 2004.
