has an interest in 8,386,700 Ordinary Shares of 10p, representing 5.62% of the
issued share capital of 149,316,858 in the Company.


Aberforth Partners is not the beneficial owner of the shares, which are
registered in the names of Nortrust Nominees Limited A/C ABERFERTH.


The holding forms part of the interest of Aberforth Partners that at present
totals 23,700,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p, representing 15.87%.
