The Company was notified yesterday that AXA S.A. has an interest in 12,895,489
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 8.71% of the issued
share capital of the Company. These shares represent a beneficial interest of
8,863,228 shares (5.99%) and a non-beneficial interest of 4,032,261 shares
(2.72%).

All of the said beneficial interest is held by Sun Life Pensions Management
Limited.
