The Company was notified yesterday that AXA S.A. has an interest in 12,920,489
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 8.73% of the issued
share capital of the Company. These shares represent a beneficial interest of
8,888,228 shares (6.01%) and a non-beneficial interest of 4,032,261 shares
(2.72%).

Of the said beneficial interest, 7,868,428 shares (5.32%) are held by Sun Life
Pensions Management Limited.
