has a beneficial interest in 6,131,222 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company, representing 4.14% of the issued share capital of the Company. All of
these shares are registered in the name of Phildrew Nominees Limited.

UBS Global Asset Management Holding (No. 2) Limited is the parent company of UBS
Global Asset Management Life Limited and is therefore also treated as being
interested in the above shares.
