interest in 12,023,604 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing
8.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was informed that Jupiter Asset Management Limited does not hold the
shares beneficially, but holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of
discretionary clients and accordingly it no longer has a notifiable interest in
the Ordinary shares of the Company.
