On 14 May 2004, the Company was notified that Fidelity International Limited
('FIL') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries including Fidelity Investment
Services Limited (FISL) hold 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the capital of
the Company, representing 3.38% of the Company's issued share capital. The
interests are non-beneficial and include interests held by unit trust schemes in
the UK and, by virtue of his shareholding in FIL, Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd.
