The Company was notified yesterday that AXA S.A. has an interest in 12,334,883
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 8.33% of the issued
share capital of the Company. These shares represent a beneficial interest of
7,552,998 shares (5.10%) and a non-beneficial interest of 4,781,885 shares
(3.23%).

Of the said beneficial interest, 4,548,883 shares (3.07%) are held by Sun Life
Pensions Management Limited.
