Centaur Media PLC 01 November 2006 Geoff Wilmot becomes Chief Executive of Centaur Media plc November 1st 2006: Geoff Wilmot today becomes Chief Executive Officer of Centaur Media plc ('Centaur' or 'the Company'), the specialist business publishing and information group. Geoff has been with Centaur since 1998, having joined as Group Finance Director. Immediately prior to joining Centaur he was Chief Financial Officer of the legal and professional division within Thomson Corporation and he has also held roles at Morgan Crucible plc, Dexion Group plc and Scruttons plc. Graham Sherren, who founded the Company in 1982, steps down as Chief Executive Officer but remains as Executive Chairman of Centaur. Graham Sherren said: "One of Centaur's great strengths is the calibre and commitment of its staff. I am delighted to hand over the role of Chief Executive Officer to Geoff.
