 Shareholding of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Holdings in
                                  the Company

                        Centaur Media plc ("the Company")


The Company announces that on 23rd March Mr T.J. Potter exercised 89,154 share
options at an exercise price of 11.58p per share, which were immediately sold.

He also been awarded 50,000 shares under the Centaur Long Term Incentive Plan
and holds Options over a further 340,524 shares
