The Company announces that on 5th June Mr R. Coates exercised 98,069 share
options at an exercise price of 11.58p per share, which were immediately sold.

He also been awarded 30,000 shares under the Centaur Long Term Incentive Plan
and holds Options over a further 348,608 shares
