The Company announces that on 5th June M/s A. Swift exercised 89,154 share
options at an exercise price of 11.58p per share, which were immediately sold.

She also been awarded 35,000 shares under the Centaur Long Term Incentive Plan
and holds Options over a further 340,524 shares
