 Shareholding of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Holdings in
                                  the Company





Centaur Media plc ("the Company")


The Company announces that on 12th July 2006 Mr H. Sharman exercised 142,644
share options at an exercise price of 11.58p per share. As a result of this
transaction Mr H. Sharman is now interested in 272,187 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the company representing 0.18% of the issued share capital.


He also been awarded 20,000 shares under the Centaur Long Term Incentive Plan
and holds Options over a further 389,027 shares
