Director Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, Centaur Media Plc (the "Company") today announces that on 28 June 2011 it was informed of the following transaction in respect of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr G.T.D Wilmot, the Company's Chief Executive, acquired 20,000 Ordinary Shares on 28 June 2011 at a price of 46.41 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction referred to above, Mr G.T.D Wilmot now holds 45,904 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0326 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
