Director's Dealings notification

The Company was notified today that on 25 March 2008 Mr. B.T.R. Scruby, a
non-executive director of the Company, transferred 267,000 Ordinary shares of
10p each, at a price of 78.25p per share, to his SSAS, Data Financial Services
Retirement Benefit Scheme.

Following this transaction Mr. B.T.R. Scruby remains interested in 432,313
Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.303% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
