Correction of record and dividend date

Further to the half year results announcement issued this morning,  Centaur Media plc (LSE: CAU),  confirms that the record date for its interim dividend payment is 9 March, not 11 March as previously stated.  

The proposed interim dividend of 0.75 pence per 10p ordinary share will therefore be paid on 13 April 2012, not 8 April as previously stated and will be paid to all shareholders on the register as at 9 March 2012.
