                              Exercise of Options

The Company announces that it has made application to the London Stock Exchange
and the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 20,000 ordinary shares of
10p each to be admitted to trading and to the Official List. The shares were
issued as a result of the exercise of options.

The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 4 October 2006

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
