Centamin Egypt Limited announces that the Canadian Final Short Form Prospectus in connection with the previously announced Bought Deal Agreement for gross proceeds of C$60,000,200, has been filed with the Ontario Securities Commission. A full copy of the Prospectus will be available on the Company's website www.centamin.com and on SEDAR www.sedar.com.
