NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER 

Centamin Egypt Limited today received notification via Form 604 (Notice of change of substantial holder) of a change in the holdings of the Company's ordinary shares on behalf of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company group and certain of its subsidiaries (see Annexure A) ('MassMutual Group'), through on market acquisitions.

The total number of votes attached to all the voting shares in the company or voting interests in the scheme that the substantial holder or an associate had a relevant interest in when last required, and when now required, to give a substantial holding notice to the company or scheme, are as follows:
