The Company was notified on 16 April 2007 that, following the recent placing, as
of 12 April 2007, the previously announced holding of FMR Corp. and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, FIL and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr.
Edward C. Johnson 3rd (as a principal share holder and Chairman of FMR Corp. and
FIL), being 35,915,967 ordinary shares, now represents 4.83 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
