Further to the announcement made on 22 November 2005 the Company advises that in
addition to the resolutions listed in that announcement the following resolution
was passed at the Company's AGM without amendment by a show of hands:

'That the Remuneration Report forming part of the Company's 2005 Annual Report,
which accompanied the notice of this meeting, be adopted'.
