                            Director's shareholding

The Company was informed on 03 September 2007 that, following the closure of the
Bottomley Trust and subsequent transfer of the 200,000 ordinary shares held by
that trust to his son Felix, Mr Stuart Bottomley, a director of the Company, is
now interested in 2,800,000 ordinary shares representing 0.37 per cent of the
issued share capital of the Company.
