Notification of major shareholding

The Company has today, 25 September 2008, been notified that on 22 September 2008, Invesco Limited increased its indirect holding, in the ordinary shares which are admitted to trading on AIM in the Company to 5,577,000 ordinary shares and now has an indirect holding of 10.33% in these shares (formerly 4,449,000 ordinary shares representing 8.25%).

As at 25 September 2008 the issued share capital of the Company consists of 72,664,795 shares divided into 53,980,495 ordinary shares of 1p each which are admitted to trading on AIM, and 18,684,300 B shares of 1p each which are not admitted to trading on AIM. All shares have equal voting rights.

Invesco Limited's indirect holding in the total voting rights attached to the total issued share capital (including the ordinary and B shares) of the Company is 7.68% (formerly 6.13%).
