Cenkos Securities plc announces that Andrew Stewart has resigned his position as non-executive Deputy Chairman and will retire from the Board with immediate effect.

Peter Sullivan, non-executive Chairman, said: "Andy has played an immense role in creating and developing the Cenkos business. His passion and commitment have been a driving force since day one and we are very grateful for all that he has done. Without Andy there would be no Cenkos. He leaves with our best wishes."
