Appointment of an Independent Non-Executive Director

Cenkos Securities plc is pleased to announce the appointment of David Henderson to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 20 July, 2010.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1974 David joined Morgan Grenfell where he worked for ten years in London and New York in the International Banking division.  In 1984 he joined Russell Reynolds, where he worked until 1995 as a Managing Director specializing in financial services executive recruitment.  In 1995 he joined the Board of Kleinwort Benson Group plc as Personnel Director and was appointed Chief Executive of its private banking business in 1997, a position he held until he became Chairman in 2004.   Following the sale of Kleinwort Benson Private Bank in 2009, David became a Special Advisor to the Bank where he continues to support a number of senior client relationships.

David is also a Non-Executive Director of Novae Group Plc, Price Forbes & Partners Ltd and MM & K Limited.

David will also be appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
