Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 8 April 2016 Mike Chilton, a director of the Company, was awarded a total of 15,163 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's deferred bonus scheme (the "Deferred Bonus Scheme") in respect of the 2015 financial year. Ordinary Share awards under the Deferred Bonus Scheme do not vest until the vesting conditions are met. On 10 April 2017, 5,054 Ordinary Shares awarded to Mike Chilton under the 2015 Deferred Bonus Scheme vested.

Mike Chilton is interested in a total of 36,482 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, including the remaining 10,109 unvested Ordinary Shares awarded under the 2015 Deferred Bonus Scheme - and not 21,319 Ordinary Shares, as had previously been stated.
