notification that Judy Stewart, the wife of Andy Stewart, bought 50,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of
193p.

Following this purchase Andy Stewart is deemed to have a beneficial interest in
16,716,670 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.03% of the Company's current issued
share capital.
