Director's shareholding


Cenkos Securities plc ('Cenkos') announces that it was informed today, 19
January 2007, that Andy Stewart, Chief Executive of Cenkos, has  transferred
500,000 Cenkos 1p Ordinary shares to The Andy Stewart Charitable Foundation at
nil consideration, by way of gift. The trust is subject to lock-in restrictions
in respect of such shares similar to those imposed on Mr. Stewart at the time of
the admission of Cenkos to trading on AIM.

These shares represent 3% of Mr. Stewart's holding in Cenkos and reduce his
holding in the company to 16,166,670 shares representing 22.27% of the total
Ordinary shares and B shares in issue.
