Cenkos Securities announces that Stephen Doherty, a Fellow of the Institute of
the Chartered Secretaries, has been appointed as Company Secretary with
immediate effect. He takes over the role from Simon Melling.  Simon will
continue in his role as the Group Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer
for the Company.
