Cenkos Securities Plc ('the Company')

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM') for a Block Listing of 1,240,131 ordinary shares of 1p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted pursuant to the rules of the Company's 2006 Share Option Plan ('the Plan'). The shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when required in accordance with the Plan rules.

It is expected that the shares will be admitted to trading on 5 September 2008.
