Celtic plc confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Celtic Park
on Thursday 26 October at 11.00 am. Formal notice of the meeting will be issued
to shareholders shortly, with the Company's full Annual Report.

Eric Hagman, who is due to retire by rotation at this year's AGM, has advised
the Company that he will not be standing for re-election as a director.
