Celtic plc (the "Company") was notified on 25 March 2014 that on 20 December 2013 Atlas LLC, through its nominee Vidacos Nominee Limited, disposed of its entire direct and indirect interests in voting rights in the Company, being 503,010 Convertible Preferred Ordinary Shares of 100p each in the capital of the Company, representing 3.67% of the total voting rights in the Company.
