Dividend Timetable

 

The timetable for the fixed dividend on Celtic plc's Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares of 60p each ("CCP Shares") for the financial year ended 30 June 2018 is as follows:

 

Ex dividend Date:                                                                            26 July 2018

Record Date:                                                                                    27 July 2018

Scrip Scheme - Mandate Return Date:                                  10 August 2018

Payment Date:                                                                           31 August 2018

 

Holders of CCP Shares are entitled to participate in the Company's scrip dividend reinvestment scheme, subject to the terms and conditions of the scheme. Under the scheme, new Ordinary Shares of 1p each are issued fully paid instead of cash. The closing date for receipt by the Company's registrars of valid scrip scheme mandate forms relating to the 2018 dividend payment is 10 August 2018.
