Board Changes





Claims Direct plc, the personal injury claims specialist, today announces the
following changes to its executive board.



Ronnie Henderson joins the board as Chief Executive, and Paul Doona resigns as
Managing Director with immediate effect.



Ronnie Henderson said, 'I am delighted to have the opportunity to help Simon
Ware-Lane restore the fortunes of Claims Direct.  We are disappointed that
Paul Doona has decided to leave the company, but we respect his decision and
wish to thank him for all his efforts.'



'I am very sad to be leaving Claims Direct,' said Paul Doona.  'I was very
flattered to be offered the opportunity to remain with the company in my
present position. However, I made the decision late last year to leave the
company as soon as I felt that Claims Direct was in a safe pair of hands.  I
now believe that to be the case.  To ensure an orderly hand over I shall be
available to the new team to assist them in any way I can.'



Ronnie Henderson has over thirty years' experience of the insurance industry,
including senior executive positions with Target Trust Group and Skandia Life.
From 1984 until 1997, he was Chairman and Managing Director of Premier
Investment Group plc, now Premier Asset Management.  Henderson founded the
company in 1984, and, in 1997, it listed on the Alternative Investment Market
(AIM) by way of the reverse takeover of Gabriel Trust plc. Henderson is
currently Chairman of two start-up businesses, I-love-you.com and Bluehalo New
Media. Other directorships are set out below.








Pursuant to Rule 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, the
following is a list of Mr. Henderson's directorships / partnerships in the
last five years.

Save as disclosed above, Mr. Henderson:


(i)   has not been at any time in the five years prior to the date of this
      announcement a director or partner of any other companies or
      partnerships;

(ii)  has no unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences;

(iii) has not been adjudged bankrupt or been a party to a deed of arrangement
      or any individual voluntary arrangement;

(iv)  has not been a director with an executive function of any company which
      was, while he was such a director or within the 12 months preceding such
      events, put into receivership or compulsory liquidation or creditors'
      voluntary liquidation or company voluntary arrangement or has had an
      administration or an administrative or other receiver appointed or
      entered into any composition or arrangement with its creditors generally
      or any class of its creditors, save for Professional Advisers Investment
      Services Limited and its holding company, Coatcourt Limited;

(v)   has not been a partner in any partnership which, while he was a partner,
      or within the 12 months preceding such events, was put into compulsory
      liquidation or had an administrator or an administrative or other
      receiver appointed or entered into any voluntary arrangement;

(vi)  has not had an administrative or other receiver appointed in respect of
      any asset belonging to him or to a partnership of which he was a partner
      at the time of such event or within the 12 months preceding such events;
      and

(vii) has not received any public criticism by any statutory or regulatory
      authorities, including recognised professional bodies, or been
      disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from
      acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of any company.
